Exchange process

Exchange

You can easily exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

How exchanges work:

1. Easily register your return through our returns portal, enter your order number and email address, select the items you want to exchange, and choose the desired size, color, or equivalent product.
2. You’ll receive the return slip by email. Print it out and include it with your return.
3. Pack the items securely and purchase a shipping label from a shipping provider of your choice.
4. Please send the item back to the following address:

Important information:

• For bundles, you only need to return the specific bracelet you want to exchange.
• You can also easily exchange individual items from an order.
• You can exchange your item for a different color or an equivalent product.
• Please send your return insured and with tracking, as we can’t accept liability for lost packages.

Once we’ve received and inspected your package, we’ll ship the suitable replacement within 7-12 business days.
